About Two Minds Clinical Consulting
We are Dr Sammy Schubert and Dr Brooke Donnelly and we have created Two Minds Clinical Consulting for health professionals who want more than tick-box supervision and professional development. We provide a space that's intellectually alive, personally supportive, and grounded in what actually works.
We provide a range of tailored supervision services, bespoke trainings, debriefs, journal clubs and clinical governance support to health professionals within public health services, NGO's and other private practice settings. All services are provided together with Dr Sammy Schubert and Dr Brooke Donnelly.

Services

Supervision
We provide individual and group supervision to clinicians (psychologists, social workers, nurses and other allied health) within public health, NGOs and private practice settings to support ethical and technical domains of practice. We can also facilitate DBT consultations and specialised DBT focussed supervision.

Clinical Governance and Service Design
We support services and organisations to meet their clinical governance requirements. These sessions can include service planning and support on developing documentation requires for the establishment of new clinical services.

Bespoke Training
Our bespoke training programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of clinicians and the teams they work within. We can provide tailored trainings on working with complex mental health presentations, risk and suicidality, group therapy processes and other topics by request.

Journal Clubs
Our journal clubs are designed to suit the learning and professional development needs of clinicians and their teams. This includes presentation of recent academic and peer-reviewed literature, as well as facilitated learning discussions.

Debriefs
We offer debriefing sessions to help teams or individuals reflect on their experiences, process events, and improve team dynamics. These sessions are tailored to the unique treatment setting and client population of the team.

Remedial Supervision
We provide remedial supervision for psychologists who have been requested by AHPRA to receive supervision in the context of restricted practice. We also provide remedial supervision to psychologists who have had a lapse in their recency of practice.
